We are thrilled to announce the recent inauguration of the Sumatran Tiger Information Centre, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to tiger conservation and education.

Located in West Sumatra, the Sumatran Tiger Information Centre is dedicated to raising awareness about the plight of the Critically Endangered Sumatran tiger and promoting conservation efforts to ensure their survival.

The grand inauguration ceremony was a momentous occasion attended by esteemed guests, community members, and local government officials.

The highlight of the inauguration was the unveiling of the centre's two main buildings: the study room and the information room. The study room will serve as a versatile space for educational workshops, meetings, and interactive learning experiences. Meanwhile, the information room will offer visitors a comprehensive understanding of tigers worldwide, with a special focus on the unique challenges facing Sumatran tigers.

Throughout the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to explore the centre's exhibits, engage with educational materials, and learn from expert speakers about the importance of tiger conservation. From captivating presentations to interactive displays, the inauguration event left a lasting impression on all who attended.

The inauguration of the Tiger Information Centre fills us with hope and determination for the future of Sumatran tigers. We are confident that the Sumatran Tiger Information Centre will serve as a catalyst for change in the community and beyond - and it’s thanks to our generous supporters.
